About these terms
These terms apply when you use royalvertrag.com or buy from Royal Vertrag Global Resources Limited, Lagos, Nigeria. By placing an order or requesting a quote, you agree to them.
Orders
An order placed on this website is a request to buy. It is confirmed once we have checked stock and received full payment for the goods. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we pay the money back in full.
Prices and payment
Prices are in naira and cover the goods only. Prices can change with the supplier; the price on your confirmed order is the price you pay. Items without a listed price are priced on request. Pay before delivery: transfer the order total to Royal Vertrag's official account. We send the account details on WhatsApp after you order. Never pay through a link.
Equipment and quotes
Greenhouses, irrigation systems and tractors are sold by quote. A quote is valid for the period stated on it, and the work starts once the agreed payment is received.
Using our products
Always follow the label on seeds, fertilizers and agro-chemicals. Advice from our agronomists is general guidance; results depend on weather, soil and how products are stored and used.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is arranged with the logistics company you choose and paid to them separately. Every order is checked before it leaves us, so we do not accept returns or give refunds. See Delivery and returns for details.
