Delivery fee
The fee is confirmed on WhatsApp after you order and is paid separately. It depends on your state and the size of the load.
Who delivers
You choose the logistics company. We do not list logistics companies on this site.
Paying for delivery
Pay before delivery: transfer the order total to Royal Vertrag's official account. We send the account details on WhatsApp after you order. Pay on delivery: agree the delivery fee directly with the logistics company you choose, and pay them when the goods arrive. Confirm on WhatsApp: send your transfer receipt and order number. Your invoice follows once payment is confirmed. Never pay through a link.
Returns and refunds
Every order is checked thoroughly before it leaves us, so we do not accept returns or give refunds. Please check your goods when they arrive. If something is wrong with your order, contact us the same day on WhatsApp or at [email protected], with your order number and photos.
